Policies As Of: March 1, 2022
COVID-19 Vaccination Policy: Please note that all attendees are required to provide proof of vaccination against COVID-19. Attendees must submit proof of vaccination (such as a photo of your vaccination card or digital record) via email to firstname.lastname@example.org prior to the conference. Once validated, all records of submitted proof will be deleted. You will receive a confirmation email once records have been deleted.
Masking Policy: As all attendees will be providing proof of vaccination, masks will not be required, but are welcome for attendees that prefer to / feel more comfortable wearing a mask while at the conference.
The City of San Diego currently follows the California Department of Public Health's guidance that strongly recommends that individuals wear masks indoors, regardless of vaccination status. No person can be prevented from wearing a face covering as a condition of participation in an activity or entry into a business.
We will update this page should the City of San Diego, California Department of Public Health, or SAA institute any additional guidelines.
We will continue to closely monitor COVID-19 guidelines administered by the venue and provide updates to all attendees as soon as possible. If deemed necessary by SAA, adjustments to the agenda, setting, and masking policies will be made to enhance the safety of all attendees.
