Terms and Conditions – Insurer Investment Forum:

Strategic Asset Alliance (“SAA”) hosts the Insurer Investment Forum (“IIF,” “Event,” or “Conference”), a conference that is only open to insurance companies, insurance-oriented public entities, invited sponsors, and other speakers or guests invited by SAA. All attendees and participants of this conference agree to these terms and conditions. When applicable, attendees and participants also agree to adhere to SAA’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. Failure to abide by the terms of this agreement may result in SAA, at its discretion, exercising its right to terminate an individual’s attendance or participation, and/or take any other suitable action(s) it deems appropriate.

SAA reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time.

Indemnification / Limitation of Liability

In attending and/or participating in the Insurer Investment Forum, you acknowledge that except for negligence, malfeasance or violation of applicable law, neither SAA, nor its principals, directors, officers, employees or agents shall be liable for any damages, losses, expenses, or costs (including without limitation any attorneys’ fees) (collectively a “Loss”) arising out of or in connection with any acts or omissions, any errors of judgment, injury, loss or damage (including death) to yourself or injury, loss or damage to your personal property, related to your participation in or association with the IIF, including upon the premises where any IIF-related activity is being conducted and travel to and from this event.

Audio/Video Disclaimer

By participating in this event, you consent to photography audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, inclusion on web sites, or for any other purpose(s) that SAA deems fit to use. You release SAA, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication of photographs, computer images, video and/or sound recordings.

Conference Materials & Educational Content

The contents of the IIF, provided by both SAA and third-party speakers or sponsors, are intended for informational purposes only. Despite our efforts to be accurate, these contents may contain errors and information that is no longer current. The information presented is subject to change without notice. Speakers and presenters/participants understand that it will receive no other preference in any other business dealings with SAA or its affiliates. SAA reserves the right to decline or modify a speaker’s or sponsor’s participation due to potential conflict of interest, capacity, or other related reasonings.

Trademarks

The trademarks, names, logos and service marks (collectively “trademarks”) displayed at or in connection to the IIF are registered and unregistered trademarks of the owners of said trademarks. Privacy

Attending or participating in the IIF may require you to provide personal information such as: name, e-mail address, mailing address, job title, company name or phone number. This information is used to provide notices about the IIF, plan the agenda, assist with meal orders, and other logistics related to the planning of this conference.

SAA does not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personal information. This does not include trusted third parties, such as invited sponsors, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others’ rights, property, or safety.

Anti-Trust Policy

Various state and Federal laws prohibit the exchange of information among competitors regarding price, refusals to deal, or agreements to proceed in certain anti-competitive respects, and that no such exchange of this information is either sanctioned by us or will be permitted during this event.

If you see any prohibited practices occurring at the IIF, please mention your concern to any SAA staff member or officer.

Suitcase Policy

‘Suitcasing’ in any shape or form is strictly prohibited at the IIF.

‘Suitcasing’ refers to individuals who attend an event they are not registered for or are not sponsors of, but disseminate information and/or materials about their own business or related offerings.

Only registered attendees and invited sponsors or participants may attend meals, sessions, and other events tied to the conference’s agenda. SAA reserves the right to enforce this policy, as deemed necessary.

Code Of Conduct

Attendees, sponsors, speakers, and all other participants of the IIF are expected to provide and foster a safe, considerate learning environment that is free of harassment, discrimination, and all other unacceptable behaviors. SAA reserves the full right and discretion to take any actions it deems necessary or appropriate to ensure the safety and comfort of its attendees and participants.
